NetOps frequently loses its preferences.  If you cannot see the screens of your class, first make sure that you are connected.  Then click on "File" and choose "Preferences".  If you click on the "Network" button on the left you will see the following screen.


Make sure the network adapter does not say default and change the settings to reflect these:



Close NetOps and then reopen the program.  You should be able to see your students' computers.
